David Austin Noble Anthony
This is a short, bushy rose with dark foliage and flowers of a pleasing shade of deep magenta-crimson. These are full-petalled and the outer petals turn back to make a perfectly formalized, deeply domed flower: an attractive and unusual shape. An ideal rose for smaller gardens and for the front of the border. Reliable and disease resistant.
There is a beautiful rich Old Rose fragrance.
The name is from Shakespeare’s play, ‘Antony and Cleopatra’.
