Answer

QUESTION: COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY ALOE? I HAVE ANOTHER ONE NEXT TO IT AND WOULD NOT WANT THE SAME THING HAPPENING TO IT.

It seems that your Aloe is infected with Rust (Uromyces spp). This is a widespread disease and is usually more common in gardens where plants may be given too much water or shade, or when Aloes have been transplanted from a dry area to a more humid one. It may, however, not be the growing conditions which are responsible for the disease and it could be that the plant was infected a while ago and only now are the symptoms revealing themselves.  You could use a product from Efekto called Virikop. Be sure to follow the product guidelines.  A 4% formalin solution painted on the spots might prevent them from getting larger, otherwise you could also remove the infected leaves, but be sure to leave some leaves on the plant too.
