QUESTION: I HAVE TODDLERS AT HOME AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE FRUIT/YELLOW BESSIES OF THE DURANTA SHEENA'S GOLD IS EDIBLE?

There is conflicting information about this plant, but it is suspected of causing livestock poisoning. The type of toxin is unknown but it is thought to be saponin. I would recommend keeping your children away from this bush as the berries ARE NOT edible.
